ORDERS  

Order Detail utilizes tabs to display specific information about an order.  For example, the

Billing tab is used to display invoice related information for the order.  The Rate Detail tab maintains billable rates, minimums, and accounting codes for the order.  The Demurrage tab maintains billable demurrage rates for the order.  The Accounting Provisions tab maintains special provisions for the order.

The left hand frame on the screen is the search window.  The search window allows the user to search for data by any of the following:            

You can customize your Top and Bottom View to be Boat View, Barge View, or Order View List.  For example Order and Barge View List are able to be displayed on one screen.  The top left information frame displays information for the top view currently being displayed (order view). 

The top right information frame displays information for the bottom view currently being displayed (barge view).

Order and Boat View are also capable of being shown one screen, as well as barge and boat view.  The top left information frame displays information for the top view currently being displayed (order view).  The top right information frame displays information for the bottom view currently being displayed (boat view).
