FLEET SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

The maintenance of the Fleet Management System is very flexible and straightforward.  Fleet services, rate information, customer information, fleet size, barge characteristics and boat information are all customized by the fleet operator for their exact needs and can be updated as needed by the fleet operator.  From the Main Menu the Maintenance option is selected.

Fleet Management System Maintenance

All related master files are maintained by using the maintenance option from the Fleet Management System Main Menu.  The information maintained include:

• Fleet

• Barge

• General Ledger Account

• Commodity

• Customer

• River

• Tow Boat
